Zero dosage. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExpect a very mineral nose with a hint of smokiness from the limestone soil. Appetising aromas of pears (typical of Bical) and fennel slowly give way to thyme and honey, with a creamy mousse and mineral drive.
