Strawberry and dried citrus peel meet bitter herbs, savoury spice and a touch of oxidative woodiness. Made from a blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo from 30+ year old bush vines, the wine spends 30 months on its lees in old oak barrels before release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"1064\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"\u003eThe connection to Tondonia is no coincidence either. Jose Luis Ripa is married to Maria José Lopez de Heredia, and his stylistic tribute to Tondonia Rosado feels both intentional and deeply personal.
