And from vineyards grown at high altitude, on clay and limestone soils, with a minimum of 55 years of age, this is fabulous Tinto de Pais (Tempranillo) fruit giving lovely fresh cherries, plum and peppery notes. Foot treading and wild yeasts add to the old-school charm.
