The Trinkfluss Wine Workshop's- Ten relaxed, workshops designed to help you understand what is in your glass, discover what you genuinely enjoy and choose wine with greater confidence without qualifications, unnecessary jargon or wine snobbery. The various courses can be taken in any order and no course is a prerequisite for another but if you like to take them all we have numbered them from 1-10. Each workshop is limited to 8 attendees, keeping the format informative and engaging.
1. How to Taste Wine Without Overthinking It
Acidity, tannin, body, alcohol, sweetness and balance: what these terms actually mean and how they shape the wine in your glass. Learn how to describe what you enjoy without feeling that you need to identify seventeen different aromas or make something up about wet rocks on rainy a summer day.
When? Wednesday, 14th October from 19:00-21:00
Where? Trinkfluss Wines, Godalming
Tickets: £30 per person
What’s included? Apart from a good time with fellow wine lovers you will get to taste between 6-10 wines specially selected for the individual workshop. Some Workshops come with additional course material.
We kick off at 19:00 and wrap things up by 21:00. Tickets can be purchased in store or online.
