Ciu Ciu, Bacchus Piceno 2024

Ciù Ciù was founded in 1970 by Natalino and Anna Bartolomei in Offida, a medieval hilltop town in the Marche region not far from the Adriatic Sea. What began as a small family venture has grown steadily over the decades and today their children, Massimiliano and Walter, continue the legacy started by their parents. The Bartolomei family has always kept the focus consistent: farming organically, working with local indigenous grapes and ensuring that the wines always reflect their Marche roots and character.

Their vineyards stretch across the rolling hills of the Piceno area, rooted in limestone and clay soils. The sea is close enough to lend cooling breezes, which balance the natural ripeness of the grapes. Pecorino and Passerina are central to their identity on the white side, while Montepulciano and Sangiovese define the reds.
