A gorgeous Pinot Noir, from a vineyard owned entirely by the estate. Chorey-les-Beaune "Piece du Chapitre" from Tollot Beaut is just that...a beaut. Dark fruited, savoury, and earthy yet with a breath of livening orange zest, super silky tannins and the bones to go the distance. Excellent value for Burgundy of this pedigree.

Domaine Tollot-Beaut is considered one of Chorey-lès-Beaune’s finest producers. It is a family-run estate founded by François Tollot in 1880 and among the first producers in the Côte d’Or to domaine bottle in 1921.

Today, Domaine Tollot-Beaut is run by the family’s fifth generation, Nathalie Tollot and her two cousins, Olivier, who manages the vineyards, and Jean-Paul, the domaine’s winemaker. They are proud custodians of numerous old vine parcels, with some of their Chorey-lès-Beaune vineyards being nearly 100 years old and originally planted by their great-great-grandfather.

Some of their finest sites include their monopole vineyards, Savigny-lès-Beaune ‘Champs Chevrey’ and Chorey-lès-Beaune ‘Pièce du Chapitre’, as well as their nearly one hectare of vines in the ‘Corton-Bressandes’ Grand Cru.
