Symbolically, the „Zu Tisch“ (which means on the table) wines stand for enjoyment, joie de vivre, warmth and honesty. As the name suggests- best with friends over a good meal after all, dining is a one of those truly earthly pleasures of life. Share your thoughts, your food and drinks with others and your life will be filled with joy. Great drinking pleasure guaranteed.

A blend that’s confident yet also uncomplicated, just the way we like it- 55% Zweigelt, 40% Blaufrankisch, and a splash of St. Laurent (5%). Organically and biodynamically farmed, fermented in stainless steel after which it spends a year in 500-litre wooden barrels. The final juice is bottled unfiltered and simply delicious.

Bright with juicy cherry and deep berry tones, and flecked with spice and herbal freshness. Ready to share right out of the gate.

Grape: 55% Zweigelt, 40% Blaufränkisch, 5% St. Laurent

Based in Gols, on the eastern side of Lake Neusiedl, Andreas Gsellmann runs a 20-hectare biodynamically farmed estate. His family has been making wine here for generations, but since stepping into the lead, Andreas has reshaped the Domaine with a clear focus on biodynamics, joining the organization Respekt-BIODYN in 2010.

The vineyards include some of the area’s most exciting sites like Goldberg, Salzberg, and Gabarinza- where Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and St. Laurent form the backbone. Alongside these classics, Andreas also works with Pinot Blanc, Traminer, and other varieties, always with an eye on freshness, precision and expression of place. Farming here is really down to earth, grapes are picked by hand, fermentations are spontaneous, and cellar work is kept as simple as possible. The result is wines that are clean, energetic and individual.

Andreas is also a member of the Pannobile group- a collective of like minded growers from Gols dedicated to promoting the region's wines through a collaborative effort, focusing on terroir-driven, high-quality wines using local grapes and techniques that emphasized regional character over international trends. His range reflects that philosophy: structured reds, characterful whites, and a few bottlings that lean into skin contact and minimal intervention, showing a willingness to explore without ever losing his sense of clarity.
