Chin Chin feels like summer unbottled- bright, spritzy and full of easy charm. It’s a collaboration between the team behind Noble Rot and winemaker Antonio Monteiro at Quinta do Ermizio in Vinho Verde. Made from a mix of Loureiro, Arinto and Trajadura, the wine is farmed sustainably, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and bottled with just a gentle spritz to keep things lively.
The aromas are fresh and playful, with pear, nectarine and a salty breeze with a firm eye on the Atlantic. Light on its feet and crisp on the palate, it zips along with citrus, stone fruit and that cheeky fizz that makes you want another glass before you’ve finished the first.
Chin Chin become a real cultural moment- a bottle that carries as easily to a park bench as it does to a dinner table.
