A Gemischter Satz is a white field blend usually associated with the vineyards around Vienna. A sparkling wine from Burgenland is a less common interpretation and we are here for it! A fresh, fruit forward fizz, with a tiny hint of sweetness to make it even more versatile.

Our friend Joe from Cloth Restaurant in Farringdon got us hooked on the wines of Weinwerkstatt Zuger. He first met Lucas when he was 16, working together at the legendary Klaus Peter Keller’s in 2020. His unbridled enthusiasm at such a young age gave Joe a taste of what was yet to come for the future of his small family winery back in Liethaprodersdorf. Now firmly in charge of the estate with his brother Michael, they run their family estate. And when we say family this is to be taken literally- in fact their granny still does the tractor work for them every morning.
