All the cool kids know Chin Chin, the cult Vinho Verde collaboration between London's Noble Rot and winemaker Antonio Monteiro at Quinta do Ermizio. Well this is its red counterpart and deserves to be just as popular. Now house pour at Noble Rot. Don Tinto is made by Bodegas Latue in Villanueva de Alcardete in Toledo, from organically grown Tempranillo. It is fruit-forward and silky, with a generous black cherry profile laced with vanilla spice from partial aging in oak barrels.

Bodegas Latúe is a Spanish family-run winery, passed down through generations, specializing in vegan and organic wines.

Founded in 1954 by 131 farming families from Villanueva de Alcardete (Toledo) it has evolved over generations, preserving an important source of business for the 600 small growers it now works with in the La Mancha region and preventing the depopulation of these communities.

This expertise in making modern, high quality organic wines has helped them form relationships with such influential international wine figures as the team behind London's Noble Rot (pictured).
