This is a gorgeous off-dry Riesling that has the same trademark clarity, freshness, and tension that the Knewitz brothers also achieve in their dry wines. From selection of botrytised grapes from Grosses Gewachs sites picked throughout the harvest, it is fresh, zingy and complex, with golden-yellow fruit, bright citrus acidity and a very long stony apricot-tinged finish.

Tobias trained at Geisenheim, running the winery cellar with absolute precision, while Björn brings fresh perspective to the vineyards.
